Rejoice always,
pray constantly,
in everything give thanks;
for this is God’s will for you in Messiah Yeshua. 1 Thessalonians 5:17-18, TLV
Why does our Heavenly Father want us to continually pray? He loves talking with us.
Let that one sink in. It’s pretty amazing when you think about it.
The more we get to know Him, the more we will love and trust Him. It will be easier to remember who He is and what He has for us. Which comes in handy when life throws us curve balls.
If we’re always in conversation with our Heavenly Father, then maybe we won’t feel so alone out there in this world. We might even see more of the beauty. It will definitely change our perspective. And that is a very good thing.
Rejoice always, pray constantly, in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Messiah Yeshua.
