“Worthy are You, our Lord and God,
    to receive glory and honor and power,
For You created all things,
    and because of Your will
    they existed and were created!” Revelation 4:11, TLV

Anyone an artist? The context of today’s verse expresses beautiful images of the throne room of heaven. There are strange and  wonderful depictions — at least in John’s understanding — of who are present. But, the most important part of this chapter? Worship! Praise! Lifting GOD above all.

Really, that’s what it is all about.  Whether we worship in a grand cathedral or a hut, the point is we worship and give honor to our Heavenly Father, and His Son because of His loving sacrifice, and well, because it pleases the Father.

Simple. Deep. Wonderful.

A good reminder, yes?
