Daily Word: What Are Your Prospects? Proverbs 10:28

The prospect of the righteous is joy, but the hope of the wicked perishes. Proverbs 10:28, TLV

What Are Your Prospects?     As children of the Most High God, as those redeemed by the blood atonement of His Son, no matter our circumstances, our prospects are joy!

Why? Because we choose joy, even when we go through trials and tribulations. (Psalm 94:19; James 1:2-3; Romans 15:13; Nehemiah 8:10)

It’s good to be reminded of this, don’t you think? With all the unrest in the world, our country, neighborhoods, and even our families, it’s easy to get caught up in the worry and anxiety of things we have no control over.

Our hope for a brighter outcome rests not in our expectations of authority figures, or our own diligent efforts, it rests in the hands of our loving Abba who sees all. And that’s a good thing.

Think More About It

What are your prospects these days?

Until tomorrow, may our prospects be joy, my friends.

But let all who take refuge in You rejoice!
Let them always shout for joy!
You will shelter them and they exult—those who love Your Name. Psalm 5:12, TLV

Great reminder prayer. Shall we pray this together? Let Israel rejoice in her Maker! Amen! God bless you!
