Today is my birthday, and I thought I’d repost one of my most popular blogs on kindness vs. niceness. As I reread it, the truths are a good reminder to invest in others, especially during this season.
Daily Word: Colossians 3:16
The context of this verse is so important to another series of verses. Do you feel the context of love from the heart of Messiah?
Daily Word: Psalm 85:3[2]
Tonight is Erev Yom Kippur (Evening of the Day of Atonement). Considered the holiest day in the Biblical calendar (Leviticus 23:26-32) and in Jewish tradition. No food, no libation fills it, …
Daily Word: Psalm 127:1
As the daughter of a contractor and four of our homes we had built from the ground up — one we finished ourselves, two-story deck included — I understand the importance of integrity, good materials, and patience.
Daily Word: James (Jacob) 5:13
It’s pretty straightforward, right? Having a rough time? Pray. Feeling good? Sing praises to the LORD. Simple, right? I don’t know about you, but I need reminding of this.
