Daily Word: Thinking of You, Philippians 1:3

I thank my God at every memory of you . . . Philippians 1:3, TLV

Thinking of You!   The Apostle Paul had a special relationship with the kedoshim — the saints — of Philippi. They supported him and weren’t intimidated by him imprisonments or the gossipers and false teachers.

Are there special people in your life that will stand by you — no matter what? People who know your calling, sometimes better than you do? Who are able to see past the insecurities and fears, yet hold you accountable?

Then, think of them often and thank the LORD for them. They are a gift. A treasure.

If you get a chance today, write the names of those precious brothers and sisters and post them where you’ll see them. Because, every time you see those names you can remember the beauty of real friendship.

And, should your list be small — or nonexistent — then seek the Holy Spirit. I suspect there are people in your life that are — or could be — those special treasures. We are family. Let the LORD show you where they are, because I think we have much and many to be grateful for.
