Daily Word: Psalm 91:1-2

He who dwells in the shelter of Elyon, will abide in the shadow of Shaddai. I will say of Adonai, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” Psalm 91:1-2, TLV

Elyon the Most High. Our Heavenly Father is our place of refuge. Does that mean bad things won’t happen to us? No, bad things do happen. But anything that happens to us was foreseen by our Father and has a purpose and place in all His plans.

Our bodies made be subject to trials and tribulations, but our souls and our spirits can rest and trust in Him.

Still, I believe each of us has stories of the LORD’s rescue in our life. Whether it’s our redemption story or a story of how He saved us from danger or death. These stories are powerful testimonies that we can share. Stories have impact, don’t they?

What is your story? Please share in the comments below! I miss the community of encouragement and inspiration, my friends!
